While your Sky Hub is switched on, press and hold a blunt pointed object (such as a pen) in the small reset button on the back until the test light blinks, then release the button. This will take approximately 10 seconds.
It may take your Sky Hub a few minutes to reset.
Go to the device that you were experiencing difficulty in accessing the internet.
Type the web address below into your web browser to check if your broadband connection is now working.
